Produced as a solution to onstage feedback, this original Walco Acoustic Feedback Eliminator is a classic piece of oddball music gear. Described by Steve Albini as the worst noise gate ever made, it nonetheless has some retro charm, and has since become a cult curiosity. Offered here in its original packaging, it’s a great display piece and a fun example of the many strange ideas tried during the early years of guitar effects.
