The Science Amplification Mother Preamp faithfully recreates the tone and feel of the acclaimed dual channel Mother MkIII amplifier in a compact all analogue pedal format. Featuring a carefully engineered FET signal path that captures the dynamic response of high voltage valve circuitry, it delivers everything from pristine cleans and edge of breakup tones to rich vintage crunch and saturated overdrive. Designed for both guitar and bass, the Mother Preamp is equally at home on a pedalboard, feeding the front of an amplifier, driving a power amp, or recording direct with your preferred speaker simulation.
With two independent footswitchable channels, powerful shared EQ, and unique Depth and Absence controls, the Mother Preamp offers exceptional flexibility while preserving the unmistakable Science Amplification character.
