Crafted with intricate turret-based point-to-point construction, the Jam Pedals Octaurus Limited Edition is built around a batch of early 60s NOS silicon transistors, reminiscent of 2N335/336 and produced by Transitron or General Instrument. This unique selection enhances the pedal's distinctive tonal character.
True to the tradition of their Custom Shop limited edition pedals, the Jam Pedals Octaurus Ltd boasts an exquisite design. The fine olive drab suede embossing gives it a touch of elegance, while the see-through bottom plate, also wrapped in suede, features a convenient zip for visual access to the impeccably laid-out internal board.
