The Benson Germaium Preamp is the next evolution of the companies renowned Preamp pedal, now enhanced with a germanium gain stage. Unlike the previous version, this updated pedal incorporates a germanium gain stage, inspired by by their popular Germanium Boost pedal. This addition brings a versatile gain stage that reliably imparts the distinct tonality of germanium while remaining unfazed by temperature variations.

This modification creates an entirely new sonic universe, combining the unmistakable feel of germanium with the meticulous equalization and tone controls found in the flagship preamp pedal.
