The Gibson Custom Shop Zakk Wylde Les Paul Custom Bullseye is one of the most recognisable signature models Gibson has ever produced. Built as a faithful recreation of Zakk Wylde’s original 'Grail' guitar, this limited-run Custom Shop model pairs classic Les Paul Custom construction with the instantly iconic bullseye graphic finish.
This 2008 example is in excellent condition, showing only a few very minor dings to the back of the body and no discernible fret wear. The back of the neck is smooth, offering a comfortable, worn in feel. Hardware remains in excellent condition, with almost no patina or signs of use. Everything functions exactly as it should, and it would be difficult to find a cleaner example of this model given its age.
Construction from a carved maple top with a solid mahogany back, multi ply binding, and a three piece maple neck with a ’70s-style rounded “C” profile and 12" radius. The 22 fret fingerboard features block inlays, while signature details include an engraved gold truss rod cover and Zakk Wylde logo on the rear of the headstock. Loaded with EMG 81 and 85 active pickups, it delivers the powerful, aggressive tones the model is known for. The guitar is supplied with its original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case, certificate of authenticity, and all accompanying paperwork.
As with all our instruments, this guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty.
