Released to mark the tenth anniversary of Steve Vai's association with Ibanez, the JEM10th is one of the most distinctive and collectible versions of the JEM series. Produced in limited numbers, it combines Vai's unmistakable design influences with Ibanez's highly refined Superstrat construction, making it a particularly desirable model for players and collectors alike.
This 1996 Ibanez JEM10th Steve Vai Signature features the familiar JEM body shape and highly playable neck, with the standout feature being its unique metal etched pickguard. The distinctive styling is complemented by the versatile pickup configuration and tremolo system associated with the JEM series, making it equally suited to expressive lead playing and more conventional guitar work.
This guitar is in excellent condition and remains internally and externally original throughout, showing only minimal signs of careful use. It is complete with its original Ibanez case. The original certificate of authenticity is not present, but otherwise this is a superbly preserved example of one of the most distinctive JEM models of the 1990s.
