The Deering Deluxe is a well regarded American made 5 string banjo, built with the traditional construction and playing characteristics associated with bluegrass and country banjos. This 1984 example comes from the earlier years of Deering's production and makes for an interesting vintage alternative to the more commonly seen Gibson and Japanese made instruments from the period.
This banjo is in good overall condition, with some signs of use consistent with its age. It is supplied with a non original case.
