The Fender Musicmaster was introduced in 1955 to serve as a stripped down, entry level electric guitar, and would go on to be part of the Fender range until 1982. This 1978 Fender Musicmaster is a great example of a later period Musicmaster, with a stripped back design that still packs plenty of punch. With an Alder body and Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard, the Musicmaster features a single coil pickup in the neck position.
This guitar is in good condition, with some play wear and lacquer discolouration. It is all original with the exception of a set of upgraded saddles for improved intonation. This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
