ThorpyFX Hanami Fuzz

The ThorpyFX Hanami is a rich, evolving fuzz that picks up where the Boneyard left off—positioned tonally between that and the Fallout Cloud. Rather than rehashing vintage designs, Hanami is an original circuit that nods to the past while delivering a modern, wide-ranging voice suited to any style. Built using four NOS mil-spec germanium transistors and a single NOS germanium diode, it offers deeply saturated, smooth fuzz tones with a refined, dynamic response.

With controls for volume, boost, treble and bass, Hanami invites effortless tone shaping. From tight, focused grit to expansive, harmonically complex fuzz, this pedal rewards subtle adjustments and suits everything from gritty riffs to ambient soundscapes. Its sonics are matched by clever engineering—featuring a transformer-isolated input for versatile pedalboard placement, top-mounted jacks, and a sloped enclosure with recessed controls for gig-ready durability.
