The Vintage Instrument Workshop Warranties

Every instrument, New, Used or Vintage, is covered by our 1 & 2 year warranties.

Any Instrument under the value of £1,000 is covered for 1 year and anything above £1,000 is covered for 2 years. At the time of purchase you have the option to extend your 1 or 2 year warranty for a further 3 years at a cost of £150.

This warranty gives you, the customer, peace of mind that if the instrument develops a fault during your warranty period from the date of purchase, it will be repaired in-house by our luthier free of charge. 

In addition to our guarantees, you get 1 free use in 1 year or 2 free uses in 2 years of The Workshop. This includes free servicing / set-ups and no-fault repairs.

If you are not local to London and are within your warranty period and want to take advantage of our workshop, we will happily arrange collection and shipping of the instrument at your expense. Please contact us at mail@notomguitars.com

On used amps and effects pedals, we will offer a warranty of three calendar months, whereas on new effects, we offer a full one year manufacturers warranty. 

If you are out-with your warranty period, we will happily undertake any work on instruments previously bought from No.Tom at The Workshop at a discounted rate, or if you have an effects pedal or amp that requires servicing, we will happily point you in the right direction.
