Introducing Guild's iconic M-20, the very first guitar produced in Westerly, Rhode Island 1967. Now handcrafted in Oxnard, California, this concert-sized acoustic is nicknamed "the Nick Drake guitar" for its appearance on his 'Bryter Layter' album cover. With a solid mahogany top, back, and sides, it delivers a warn, resonant tone that is perfect for a variety of acoustic styles. The rosewood bridge and fingerboard, bone nut and saddle, and satin finish enhance its exceptional sound. On the more modest looking side of Guild guitars, the M-20 features a vintage-style rosette and Guild's peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock.
Each Guild M-20 comes with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity, along with an L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup system and Guild hard case.
This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
