The Gibson Les Paul Traditional seeks to build on the original elements that made those '50s Les Pauls so special, with premium tone woods and vintage style electronics. This 2017 Gibson Les Paul Traditional features a Mahogany body with a beautifully carved and nicely flamed maple top. The body is fitted with a set of Gibson's '57 Classic pickups with traditional chrome covers, made in the image of the hallowed late 1950s PAF humbucker with Alnico II magnets. A traditional wind in the neck position provides plenty of warmth and clarity, and in the bridge position, slightly over-wound coils in the '57 Classic Plus offer juicy crunch and wailing lead tones. The neck features a 1 11/16ths nut width and a chunky yet playable late '50s style neck profile.
This guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition with barely any signs of play wear, and includes its original Gibson case.
This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
