First introduced in 1961, the Gibson SG has been a go to for players of all kinds for over half a century. This 2017 Gibson SG Standard model stays true to the original design, with a Mahogany neck and body design, nickel hardware and traditional trapezoid fretboard inlays. The body is finished in a rather nice looking Cherry Burst colour, which was a limited run in 2017 and only used for one year. The body is fitted with a set of 490R & 498T pickups that are voiced for a more modern tone.
This guitar is in very good condition with barely any cosmetic signs of use, and retains its original case. This guitar has benefitted from a service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
