Handmade one guitar at a time by Stephen Kinnaird in his Nacogdoches, Texas workshop, this 2003 Kinnaird OM a great example of true acoustic guitar craftsmanship.
Constructed from an Englemann Spruce top with Curly Claro Walnut back and sides, the guitar has a deep, resonant tone that belies it’s mid-sized body shape. It is incredibly dynamically responsive, with plenty of projection with heavy strumming, without losing any note definition, and a sweet, sustaining tone even when lightly fingerpicked.
The finishing on this 2003 Kinnaird OM is truly second to none, with this models spec’s to include a walnut neck with inlaid sycamore stripe, Macassar ebony fretboard, Claro Walnut inlaid rosette and maple bridge pins. This guitar also includes its original Cedar Creek hard case.
