Built in 2003 as part of Fender’s tribute series, it features an Alder body finished in a classic Gloss Black, paired with a 1-ply white pickguard for that unmistakable ‘Blackie’ look. The finish is clean and refined, true to the original, with subtle vintage touches throughout.
The soft V-shaped Maple neck features a 9.5" radius Maple fingerboard and vintage-style frets, offering the familiar feel Clapton relied on during countless iconic performances. Hardware includes vintage-style tuners, a blocked synchronised tremolo, and the signature Clapton headstock decal.
What really brings this guitar to life is the trio of Vintage Noiseless pickups paired with an active mid-boost and TBX tone control system.
