The Gibson Les Paul Custom is one of the most historic and recognisable electric guitars, and have been seen in the hands of countless players since their introduction in the 1950s. This example from 1998 has that traditional 'Black Beauty' look of its vintage counterparts, with a sleek ebony finish and all gold hardware. This guitar features a Mahogany body and neck along with an Ebony fingerboard and the typical custom style block inlays and split diamond peghead logo. The body is fitted with a set of 490R & 498T Gibson humbuckers.
This guitar is in good condition, with minimal signs of play wear, along with some lacquer checking to the top and back of the body and the headstock veneer, and some patina and ageing to the metal parts. This guitar is in original condition both externally and internally.
