The Fender Stratocaster Plus was Fender’s high-spec modern take on the classic Strat throughout the late '80s and early '90s, and this 1993 example captures the peak of that innovation. Built in the USA, it features an Alder body finished in a vibrant and glossy finish, with a 3-ply white pickguard and clean, contemporary aesthetic. The build quality is rock solid, reflecting the era’s commitment to precision and playability.
The Maple neck features a comfortable modern C profile and a 9.5" radius Rosewood fingerboard, offering smooth playability across all positions. The hardware includes locking tuners, a two-point tremolo system, and a roller nut, all designed to enhance tuning stability and performance under heavy use.
What really defines the Strat Plus is its trio of Lace Sensor pickups, delivering a clear, noise-free tone with enhanced sustain and dynamic range. From sparkling cleans to edge-of-breakup grit, it offers a more refined, modern voice while keeping the essence of a classic Strat intact.
This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty. Also included is the original Fender hard shell case.
