Introduced in 1965, the Martin D-35 is one of the companies most iconic dreadnought guitars alongside the D-18 & D-28. This model from 1974 is a wonderful example of a mid '70s build, featuring a nicely aged Spruce top and rather beautiful 3 piece Indian Rosewood back as was the standard on the D-35.

This guitar is in very good condition, with minor wear and checking to the finish commensurate with age. It has had some changes and upkeep over the years. This guitar has had a professional neck reset and headstock repair form our luthier at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, ensuring it will continue to play well for a number of years, with the headstock repair barely visible. The original pick guard has been replaced at some point in its life, with some minor signs on the top that a larger pick guard has been in place.

As with all our vintage instruments, this guitar has been given a thorough service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop and is guaranteed for 3 years in line with our vintage instrument warranty.
