Introduced in 1931, the Martin D-28 has arguably been the companies flagship dreadnought guitars, and has been used on countless recordings by a variety of artists throughout the 20th century. This left handed model from 1974 is in amazing cosmetic condition and looks to have been barely played in the last 50 years, featuring a nicely aged Spruce top and two piece Indian Rosewood back.
This guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition, with almost no signs of wear to speak of other than some typical yellowing of the lacquer to the Spruce top. It is in all original condition, and also includes its original blue Martin moulded hard case.
As with all our vintage instruments, this guitar has been given a thorough service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop and is guaranteed for 3 years in line with our vintage instrument warranty.
