The Gibson B-25N was introduced in 1963 to replace the previous LG-2 & LG-3 models in the Gibson catalog. The construction is essentially the same, with the B-25 replacing the sunburst finished LG-2, and the B-25N replacing the natural top LG-3.. The B-25 model featured a X brace Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides, along with a thicker, larger celluloid pickguard, rosewood bridge and three on a plate Kluson single line tuners. This model from 1967 is a great instrument, with a wide open sound that sounds excellent with both a pick and finger style playing.

This guitar is in great condition, with some lacquer checking and areas of finish wear to the top and back. The original tuner buttons appear to have been replaced, while the pickguard, bridge and adjustable rosewood saddle are as they should be. This guitar includes a non original case.

As with all vintage instruments, this B-25 has been given a full service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
