1965 Gibson B-25N Sold Out Sold Out The Gibson B-25N was introduced in 1963 to replace the previous LG-3 model in the Gibson catalog. There is not a whole lot of difference between the two models other than the name, with the B-25N featuring the same natural Spruce top with X bracing and Mahogany back and sides. The B-25 does however feature cherry stained back and sides. This model from 1965 is a great instrument, with a particularly resonant and responsive tone when played with a pick or fingers. This guitar also features the slightly narrower nut width introduced by Gibson in the late '60s, making it very comfortable to play. This guitar is in very good condition, with the kind of minor wear you would expect from a guitar of its age. There is plenty of lacquer checking and yellowing to the top, but no repairs to speak of. The tuners, bridge and pickguard are all correct. This guitar includes its original Gibson chipboard case. As with all vintage instruments, this B-25N has been given a full service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
