The Gibson B-25N was introduced in 1963 to replace the previous LG-3 model in the Gibson catalog. There is not a whole lot of difference between the two models other than the name, with the B-25N featuring the same natural Spruce top with X bracing and Mahogany back and sides. The B-25 does however feature cherry stained back and sides. This model from 1964 is a great instrument, with a wide open sound that sounds excellent with both a pick and finger style playing.
This guitar is in very good condition, with the kind of minor wear you would expect form an guitar of its age. The original tuners have been replaced with period style Kluson equivalents, and the pick guard has also been replaced. This guitar has also had a replacement bridge and saddle, along with a bridge plate strap. This guitar includes a non original case.
As with all vintage instruments, this B-25N has been given a full service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
