This 1962 Gretsch 6120 Chet Atkins captures the unmistakable look, feel, and tone that defined an era. Finished in its classic Western Orange, this vintage hollow-body electric guitar embodies the craftsmanship and character that made Gretsch a legend among players and collectors alike.
Featuring dual Filter'Tron pickups, the 6120 delivers that signature bright, twangy bite and warm, resonant low end - perfect for rockabilly, country, jazz, and early rock ’n’ roll tones. The ebony fingerboard with thumbnail inlays, bound maple body, and Bigsby vibrato tailpiece offer both elegance and playability in equal measure.
This instrument is in good original condition with the exception of a changed pot, some replaced wiring and a repaired neck break. The pickups, remaining pots and hardware are 100% original.
This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty.
