Gretsch guitars have always been renowned for their unique tone and style, and this 1961 Gretsch 6125 Anniversary model is a great example of both. Featuring a laminate maple body with a single FilterTron pickup in the neck position, this guitar is finished in the rarely seen two tone tan finish, also known as Jaguar Tan & Bamboo Ivory. The neck features thumbprint fretboard inlays, Anniversary headstock plate and a factory fitted 'G' cut out trapeze tailpiece, all of which are synonymous with the signature style found on vintage Gretsch guitars.
This guitar is in excellent condition, with only some minor signs of cosmetic wear to the finish and binding. The guitar is internally and externally original, and includes a non original hard case.
This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
