Gibson have a rich heritage when it comes to folk instruments, with their Banjos, Mandolins and Ukuleles from the 1920s and '30s regarded as some of the best ever made. This 1920's Gibson UB-1 is a great example of an affordable vintage Gibson instrument from the companies golden era of folk instruments.

Available for $10 when initially released, the UB-1 features a six inch banjo style plate resonator with a closed back, which packs quite the punch despite its diminutive size. The neck and body are made of light mahogany, with the neck featuring pearl fret markers and 'The Gibson' early style headstock logo.

This guitar has been given a full service & appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
