2011 Gibson SG Special

The SG Special strips the classic Gibson design back to the essentials, offering the familiar feel and character of an SG without any unnecessary frills. Finished in worn ebony, this 2011 example has a straightforward, understated look that suits the model perfectly.

The stock Gibson 490R and 498T humbuckers deliver plenty of punch and output, giving it a lively sound that works just as well at home as it does on stage. It's a simple, fun guitar to play, with a comfortable feel and a direct, no nonsense approach that makes it easy to pick up and get stuck into.

In excellent condition, with very little play wear and no repairs to speak of. This guitar also includes a non original gig bag.

As with all our instruments, this Gibson SG has been given a thorough service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop and is guaranteed for 2 years in line with our vintage instrument warranty.
