A superb example of a Gibson SG Standard in classic Heritage Cherry, From a very well regarded period for Gibson manufacturing.
Featuring a resonant, lightweight solid mahogany body with deep bevels, this SG delivers the fast playability, bite, and effortless upper-fret access the model is famous for. The mahogany neck sports a comfortable C-profile topped with a bound rosewood fingerboard, trapezoid inlays, and a headstock adorned with the iconic inlaid mother-of-pearl Gibson logo and holly crown motif.
Equipped with its original humbuckers, chrome hardware, Tune-O-Matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, vintage-style tulip tuners, and classic full-face "batwing" pickguard, this instrument offers pure classic rock crunch and soaring sustain.
This particular example is in very good original condition for its age and includes its original Gibson hard shell case.
This guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty. Please enquire for any internal pictures.
