1998 Martin DM

The Martin DM was one of the company's more straightforward American made dreadnoughts of the period, combining a solid Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides for a traditional Martin acoustic sound without some of the more elaborate appointments found on the higher specification models.

This 1998 example is in generally very clean condition and has clearly seen relatively light use over the years. There is one unusual cosmetic point to note, however, as the matte finish on the rear of the body has reacted with moisture at some point, leaving some visible streak marks across the surface. This is purely cosmetic and doesn't detract from the guitar's overall condition. The guitar comes complete with its original Martin hard case.

This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty.
