1976 K.Yairi YW 500P

Japanese acoustic guitars from this 'golden era' have long been regarded as some of the finest instruments produced, standing alongside traditional American acoustic icons. Handcrafted in Kani, Japan, K.Yairi guitars built during the 1970s are celebrated worldwide for their exceptional build quality, meticulous attention to detail, and superb tonality.

This 1976 YW 500P model features a fine-grained spruce top styled with striking herringbone body purfling and rosette details, paired with a three-piece rosewood back and rosewood sides. This dreadnought delivers a rich, articulate response with impressive projection and volume.

This particular example remains in good original condition, with the exception of minor signs of player wear and some lacquer clouding on the headstock and back of the instrument. Includes hardshell case.

As with all our vintage instruments, this guitar has been given a thorough service by the Vintage Instrument Workshop and is guaranteed for 2 years in line with our vintage instrument warranty.
