1985 Gibson ES-335

Left handed ES 335s have always been produced in considerably smaller numbers than their right handed counterparts, making this 1985 example an interesting guitar in its own right. Built during the mid 1980s, it retains the classic semi hollow construction and understated appearance that have made the ES 335 such an enduring Gibson model.

This guitar is completely original apart from a newer set of control knobs, with the original hardware and electronics otherwise untouched. It is fitted with Gibson's Tim Shaw designed humbuckers, which were introduced during this period and are now well regarded for their clear, open character. This guitar is in very good condition with hardly any play wear to mention and is free from any previous repairs. It also comes with its original Gibson case.

This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty.
