The True Vintage series was a range of Montana made Gibson acoustics designed to replicate the sound and feel of their golden era flat tops, with wood choices, neck profiles and finishing touches inspired by some of the companies best acoustic guitars. This 2015 Gibson L-00 True Vintage is an exceptional example of this range, and is in great condition with a sound and playability to match. Constructed from an Adirondack Red Spruce top and Honduras Mahogany back and sides, the body features hand scalloped vintage style bracing and a radiused top for maximum tone and resonance. The Mahogany neck features a Rosewood fingerboard with slim taper neck, along with the traditional Gibson script logo found on these pre war models. Other features include a vintage style tiger stripe pick guard, open gear three on a plate tuners and a '30s style sunburst finish.
This guitar is in very good condition with only minor signs of play wear to the finish. The guitar is original and includes its original Gibson case. This guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
