This 1981 Gibson ES-335 is a fantastic example of an affordable early '80s Gibson semi hollow body in original condition. The Maple body features a vibrant sunburst finish and a subtle figuring to the wood. The neck is a comfortable profile, with a rosewood board and traditional block inlay markers. The Kluson tulip tip tuners, Nashville bridge and all other hardware are original. The guitar is fitted with a pair of T Top humbuckers, along with a coil split switch on the upper horn that allows single coil tones in the bridge position.
This guitar is in very good condition, with some minor play wear to the rear of the body and neck, and a dark sunburst finish. The hardware and electronics are correct and fully functioning, with no repairs to speak of.
