The 1970's saw changes for many models across the Fender catalog, with this 1974 Stratocaster being a wonderful example of a '70s Stratocaster, and is arguably the cleanest example we have seen.

Finished in a vibrant 3 colour sunburst, the first thing to note with this guitar is its exceptional condition. Featuring a Maple neck an Alder body, this Stratocaster features the standard synchronised tremolo found on the majority of Stratocasters at this time, along with the 3 bolt micro tilt neck design.

This guitar is in excellent, near time capsule condition, with no real play wear to speak of. It is internally and externally original, with the pots dating to the 50th week of 1973, and the pickups to early 1974. This guitar also includes a non original hard case and its original bridge cover.

As with all our instruments, this guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
