This 2022 Martin Custom Shop 00-14 is a fantastic example of their work, with a vintage-influenced style and highly tuned, articulate sound and modern playing feel.
This Martin Custom Shop 00-14 is constructed a North American Adirondack Spruce top, renowned for being even punchier than Sitka Spruce, with a greater dynamic range and more unique grain pattern. This is paired with Ziricote back and sides, a wood that shares similarities with Brazilian Rosewood, with a deep bass response and sparkling top end, along with a beautiful figured grain pattern. The Mahogany neck features a comfortable modified low oval profile and 1 3/4" nut width, with an ebony fingerboard that is inlaid with custom diamond and snowflake fret inlay and flamed maple neck and body binding. Other features include an ebony belly down bridge, herringbone inlay, and Schaller GrandTune open gear tuners. The guitar is also fitted with an L.R.Baggs Anthem pickup system.
This guitar is in excellent, all original condition, with no noticeable signs of wear to speak of. This guitar also includes its original hard case.
As with all our instruments, this guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
