3 Year Warranty

Every instrument, New, Used or Vintage, is covered by our 3 year warranty. This warranty gives you, the customer, peace of mind that if the instrument develops a fault during three years from the date of purchase, it will be repaired in-house by our luthier free of charge. 

In addition to our three year guarantee, you get free use of The Workshop for those three years, free servicing and repairs and free Set-Ups.

If you are not local to London and are within your warranty period and you want to take advantage of our workshop we will happily arrange collection and shipping of your instrument, please contact us at mail@notomguitars.com

On used amps and effects pedals, we will offer a warranty of three calendar months, whereas on new effects, we offer a full one year manufacturers warranty. 

If you are out-with your warranty period, we will happily undertake any work on instruments previously bought from No.Tom at The Workshop at a discounted rate, or if you have an effects pedal or amp that requires servicing, we will happily point you in the right direction.
