The Recording King Dirty 30's series try to revive the tone and style of the pre-war catalog guitars from the likes of Montgomery Ward and Sears, and nothing better encapsulates that vibe than the Recording King Dirty 30s Series 7 Single 0. With a design similar to those vintage Harmony and Silvertone models, the Series 7 Single 0 Features a Spruce top with cross lap bracing, giving them a resonant tone that packs as much of a punch as any vintage equivalent.
This Recording King Dirty 30s Series 7 Single 0 also features a Gold Foil sound hole pickup. Introduced in the 1950's, these pickups have a distinctive bluesy sound, perfect on both electric and acoustic guitar for a gritty, full bodied tone. The Series 7 has a bone nut and saddle for excellent sustain, ivory-button tuning machines, and a vintage style Tobacco Sunburst finish.
Recording King specialise in bringing vintage acoustic tones and style of the past back to life for the modern player, with solid woods, modern appointments and classic Americana styling across the range. No. Tom Guitars are pleased to be the exclusive Central London dealer for Recording King Guitars & Resonators.
