Through his work with the Foo Fighters, Chris Shiflett has cemented his place as one of the most influential modern guitar players. Although he has used a variety of guitars throughout his career, he is most synonymous with the Fender Telecaster Deluxe, and his signature model combines elements of this classic Fender model with some of Shiflett's own specs. This 2015 Chris Shiflett Deluxe Telecaster features an Alder body with Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. The neck features a comfortable 'C' shape profile, with a flatter 12" radius than is found on most Fender guitars, making bends easy all the way across the neck. The body is fitted with a set of custom designed Chris Shiflett humbuckers, engineered to have a hotter output than found in the Wide Range Humbuckers used on original Deluxe models. Other features include a string through body Strat style six saddle bridge, 4 bolt neck design with bullet truss rod, and Chris Shiflett signature on the rear of the headstock.
This guitar is in excellent all original condition, and has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop. It also includes a 3 year warranty.
