Japanese made Fender instruments have long appealed to players looking for classic Fender style and tone at a more accessible price point, and this 2007 Fender MIJ ST-50 Stratocaster is a solid example of that approach. Produced as a more straightforward, entry level Japanese model, it follows traditional 1960s inspired specifications, with a simple, workmanlike feel throughout.
Finished in Candy Apple Red, it features a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, a three ply white pickguard and vintage style single coil pickups that deliver bright, clear and characterful Strat tones that are true to the model’s roots.
This example is in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of playwear to both the front and back.
