An excellent example of the more affordable end of vintage Fender guitars, this 1978 Fender Stratocaster showcases many of the features that these '70s made Fender instruments became known for. Featuring a Maple neck an Alder body, and the distinctive larger headstock that makes these guitars so recognisable.
This guitar is in good condition, with some minor play wear to the body. The pickups and electronics are original save for a changed volume pot, and there has previously been a Roland MIDI pickup fitted. There is a corresponding hole for the control for this pickup in the pickguard. The original 'F' stamped tuners have been replaced with Schaller locking tuners, with the previous tuner screw holes filled.
As with all our instruments, this guitar has been given a full service and appraisal by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 3 year warranty.
